They were originally made for my own use, however a lot of people are interested in using my template for their own OCs, so I've made the original PSD files available for anyone to use!

Use them and edit them as much as you like! Just please just make sure that you LEAVE THE ATTRIBUTION in the top right which states the consent card template was created by myself and is free to use by anyone.

PSD files are Adobe Photoshop project files, so it's best to use them with Photoshop if you have it available. If you don't have Photoshop, you should be able to load them into certain other image editing softwares, for example GIMP supports PSD files and is completely free and open source.

The background of the consent card is a simple flat colour with a layer effect, so to change the colour of the background, you simply select the background layer, and flood fill it with a different colour, and the layer effect will work on top of it.
